With the old owners, the ice cream was always made from fresh ingredients and tasted very delicious. Unfortunately I don't like it anymore.

Ice cream tasty. Since the owners have changed, however, the atmosphere has changed. Yesterday an employee was left standing alone at 30 degrees because no other colleague came. He phoned several times and asked for help on the phone because he couldn't cope with everything on his own in the otherwise short waiting time ... he was super uncomfortable in front of the many customers. What a shame.

The ice cream is delicious. The service friendly. The ambience so-so. The shop could be prettied up. Toilet's well ...

Good portions, ball 1 €. Extra cream 1 € more, because of which I unfortunately got food poisoning. Although I have been going here for years, it will be my last visit. Absolute horror scenarios for me, just because of poor hygiene and café management.

I recently tested the ice there again after years and was pleased to find that the owner must have changed. After we were there several times, I can only say: very, very friendly service, great ice cream and we definitely come now regularly.

I tested this ice cream parlor based on many positive reviews. My expectations were therefore higher. For this he also bought another route. When I arrived I was very disappointed. No inviting ice cream bar, so that you could not recognize the varieties, you would get an appetite for certain varieties and you were referred to a hanging board, which is also very old and has probably already seen better times. The selection was rather nothing special. What caught my eye was raspberry mint, but unfortunately the taste failed.

Since the owners changed recently, no longer recommended .... the portions are smaller and the staff unfriendly .... Never again, even if the ice cream still tastes ... actually you didn't deserve a star ...

Wouldn't give a star, the service is cheeky and unfriendly to the customers, that doesn't make up for ice cream. NO RECOMMENDATION!!!

Great place! I'm from Texas and visited my Uncle and Aunt 2 years ago, My Uncle brought my wife and myself to Eis Cafe Cortina for a Breakfast of Italian Ice. The proprietor made us feel right at home, once he found out we were from Texas, we drank a shot for 'health and well being' from his personal collection. The Italian Ice was exactly what I remember as a kid running around in Germany. Most Excellent, do not pass up a chance to meet the staff and eat tons of Eis!
